Very well articulated, explains well the subjects, and even uses his own real life experiences to better explain why these concepts should be understood and practiced.
Grundsätzlich hat man das mal alles in der Schule gelernt, allerdings ist dies schon etliche Jahre her, durch dieses Seminar wurden nochmal Themen angesprochen und das Fachwissen wieder ins Gedächtnis gerufen womit einem das Arbeiten und das im schlimmsten Fall eintretende Gespräch mit dem Kunden im Reklamationsfall erleichtert wird.
