Sam always does a good job, and is very informative.

This is helpfull for us to explain to customer if they have issue.

I did enjoy the course, I think maybe little deeper details would be nice or a more advance course

I’d like a more specific process for bedding pads. Description wasn’t very specific. Time duration? How long to cool after a couple of stops?

Viel über Bremsen gelernt, wo man meistens nicht mal so weit denken würde.

Overall a good source of training with great detail and delivery, I would a more engaging experience but this can become difficult when sharing so much knowledge to the learner.
