This course was extremely welcome and filled a lot of gaps in my knowledge on CV and TMD's CV product development program. I would suggest an online course similar to this every 3 months to keep the team updated. This course was well delivered and helped me to understand the technical sales aspect of CV which opened my mind to how different the two sales sectors really are. And that techincal support and innovation are vital to growing our CV market share.
Good start and we need a lot more focus on CV training for all the team to develop sales
