It would have been nice to have a handout of what was discussed at the end.Response : Dear Liz , I understand - however you can download my book - Outlook 2013 for free from www.bookboon.com. It is written with the MOS Objectives as the guide and is very comprehensive. Everything we covered and more is in the book. Thanks for your review :)

It was extremely useful. I use Outlook every day (mainly calendars and trying to fit too many meetings in!). Finding out about quick steps was very helpful.Response : Hi Marian, glad you found Quicksteps helpful - I use them all the time. Thanks for a lovely review.
