Richard is a fantastic trainer who engaged with all of us. Clearly passionate and very competent The new course I feel is much better for equipping TSS staff with the tools and approach to delivering their job roles.
Some of the slides were not easy to read, especially those with graphics where text had been squashed into small areas
Very intense ..quite stressful and fast paced doubt it fits different learning styles
Great course easy to understand especially with Peter explaining everything really drums it in to your head
