Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Rich lea always gives general knowledge about every course
This is the 4th time I've sat my tmf course and I've learnt more in this course from rich than I have in all other 3 put together. Would highly recommend uts and especially rich as a trainer
Loads of information regarding the qualification, delivered well and very understandable.
