Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Great experience very informative and brilliantly instructed
This course was informative and enjoyable, Rich made everyone feel involved during the 2 days.
I found the course very informative, I gained a good amount of theoretical knowledge. I believe this has given me the skills I need to put into practical use.
