Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles.
