Enjoyable day and great to refresh and learn about changes
The balance of constructive criticism too praise was noticeable, if something wrong was done, we was asked why we think it could be wrong, aswell as a potential solution to fix said problem. His instructions were detailed, thorougher and explained. He also made sure to make sure everyone understood what to do and more importantly why it’s done.
Trainer was excellent covered everything in detail. No issues at all.
Matt was very engaging and a joy to work with. His approach was professional yet managed to simmer any reservations with aplomb.
