Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Good teaching overall, kept it interesting and engaging
Really good, good for both basic Jew to ttm people and experienced. Tutor very knowledgeable. Slides/presentation needs updating as there’s a few graphic errors
