Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Top not coaching and an entertaining lecturer.
I dont have any complaints, the trainer we had Richard Lee was fantastic. He's an excellent teacher/trainer, he was always available for any questions and helped us understand the course materials.
