The course was very well presented and easy to follow with the information being given. The instructor made everyone feel at ease. The course was engaging from the beginning and very informative. Would recommend for further training.

Extremely well delivered course and exceeded my expectations. As lunch is provided, from a personal dietary point of view there was very little choice but for a white bread sandwich. No option for whole meal bread or salad box etc.

Very knowledegable trainer and even though it was a serious course made it fun and interesting and i wasnt sat watching the clock like other courses ive been on
