Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Alan is easy to understand and made the course very understanding.
This was probably the best course I have been on for a while, the course was very informative and I felt I learned more than I expected to. The trainer really made the course enjoyable and relatable to real life.
