Richard Lea is a great trainer and assessor and has been really helpful
First time doing version 5 found it better than previous reiteration . Much more focused on actual role
An enjoyable course. Spread over two days gives time to discuss details, ask questions and not feel rushed.
I think that the course was very well delivered, better that other courses I have sat as it didn't seem to be information overload and was directed at the job I do Regards Paul Winstone
Exceptional knowledge and understanding of the subject matter was delivered to a very high standard. Probably the most informative course ive attended at Dcpc level.
It was a nice beginner courser for TTM. Trainer was really good and the way he taught was fantastic (Trainer- Darren Murphy)
Very well presented and detailed for my line of work.
