Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Great course, enjoyed it. Thought it would be boring but Dickie kept me very much engaged the entire time.
The trainer Dickie made it very an enjoyable experience. I was surprised how much we learnt and how relevant it was to my job. 10/10
