Found whole process very good. Trainer was clearly very knowledgeable, and frequently asked and allowed time for queries. Found online process good.
Andy was knowledgeable . He was approachable and went through the course at a speed that suited all learners, frequently checking in to ensure all learners understood the course content.
Trainer was very informative and knowledgeable in preparing me for the test
Unfortunately, not applicable or necessary to my job. So unsure why I was booked onto this course. I don’t need drivers CPC either!
