I found this course extremely helpful as it is very relevant to my job. My role consists with a lot of cold calling and accessing customer homes, particularly in areas I am not familiar with. The role is very customer based so it is great that I have been made aware of different scenarios/situations.

Course was very informative and gave some good tips to deal with conflict in the future. Roy was a good presenter with real experiences to draw from. It would be useful to have some material to take away and use in the future.
