Nice relaxed course. All points covered well and updated my understanding.
Everything was well explained and easy to understand, whenever stuck or had a question Mark has had an answer explaining in a way that I could understand.
As before when i completed my last course here, everything was first rate. I left a very happy man.

Adam Dangerfield was a great trainer. Very well spoken, approachable and he made the course feel relaxed and not too intense. Amazing assessor.
Brilliant course, brilliant trainer. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking to do the highways conflict resolution course.
