I was explained in great detail about every aspect of both courses/tickets with a clear, consistent manner making sure every student is up to speed in their understanding of what, why and how each aspect matters in order to maintain the highest level of safety and well-being for both employees, members of the public etc. Dennis strikes me as someone who is passionate in what he does and the positive impact he has on not only the industry but those wanting to turn a new page.
