First time I have done first aid and I found it was very well explained to everyone. Happy to take questions and answered them all in detail.

Richard was a great teacher made you feel at ease and was funny .I am always nervous at these kind of courses but I felt calm which was good.
Richard was very good at explaining and was very good at keeping the class lively and not boring with a few jokes here and there, answered all questions with the same attitude which is great as makes you feel like you’re not asking a silly one.
