Really enjoyed the course, very informative and also very hands on aswell which makes it lot better and Richard made it very interactive. Materials were all good and felt I have gained plenty of information and knowledge for becoming a First aider at my work place thanks to Richard
Would have liked more items to use to try different skills.
I think Richard was a great instructor and was extremely good at what he does, any questions that was asked Richard was confident in his answer and made the course very enjoyable for me
Due to COVID there were restrictions on practical content.
Very informative course, teaching life skills, instructor very engaging, made it fun & easy to understand answering all questions in simple terms. Due to covid could not interact but shows how hard can be to give directions but also how to overcome
I enjoyed the course very much the only thing I can say negative about it is that the covid pandemic you could not be as hands on as your would normally have been
