Good to refresh the course every 3 years as I forgot some of it.

Good quality course, instructor had large knowledge bank and real world examples of situations.

Very knowledgeable trainer and excellent real life examples and scenarios. Lots of interaction and chance to ask questions. Continual checking that subject matter was being understood. Very approachable.

5 stars all round, excellent course. Felt really nervous about this but the instructor made us all feel at home and relaxed. Learned things that I never thought I would and hopefully never need to use in real life. Would absolutely reccomend you to other people. Thanks again.

Stefan’s explanation off everything was very clear & understandable. He made you feel relaxed & comfortable while carrying out the practical work. Course was very well put together & well taught.
