A good learning experience and most informative

I liked everything about the training but didn’t like the fact that we are not getting paid for it and there was no refreshments

Overall, the two days training has refreshed my knowledge so I can continue to provide the necessary support the service users need.

The course has increased my knowledge and theoretical understanding and will enhance my practical application in my field of work. It provided rich theory , practical understanding, using a variety of teaching methods which I found stimulating.

the only issue is the feedback sounds from the videos, this makes it hard to hear at times

The videos were good. I think not having the practical element of practicing compressions is not as effective however I feel confident in BLS and first aid.
