Mary-Ann was amazing the way she trained us all through out the training session. Thank you for a great traning. Great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative traning.

Good training, trainer was spot on and understanding. Trainer went out of his way to help solve some healthcare issues that were not necessarily part of his training.

I did learn alot about what i needed to i did get a copy of the presentation for additional revision i can do on my own
