This training is good as a refresher but not if you haven't done care before.

The contented was well presented

Covered a lot of material but at a good pace, answering any questions as we went. Made sure everyone was understanding. Corrected our practical skills so we have the confidence in our technique. Learns a lot!

No mention of difficulties managing dementia sufferers

NHSP should consider where trainings are booked as there was no parking and we had to pay exorbitantly to park which is very inconsiderate as staffs don’t get paid to attend this courses, and also have to pay to park which is very sad. It is sad that NHSP could not even provide water let alone tea and coffee which tells a lot about how staffs are valued. Sad! The hotel were very nice to have provided lunch for both days.

Don't think you need both the tutor and the gentleman doing the practicle.

Day one could have been shorter. It was interesting but the information could have been shared in less time Venue was good Trainer gave real clinical experience examples which are always welcome
