I think I misunderstood what the training would be about as I thought there would be more about the practical elements of the use of equipment

Sound quality varied throughout course. For me, the Charle Bloe video clips had very poor sound and several of the shots showing pamphlets/ brochures were out of focus.

It was a good experience over all and helped me learn and understand handling

I thought Sam was very good and appreciated his facilitating the course after the original trainer called in sick

It would be nice with simple refreshments like tea in this cold weather

Could do with basic refreshments like tea

Well presented and friendly presentation made content interesting. Opportunity to contribute encouraged
