it was very good to learn everything so that i can take this training into my new job. our trainer was amazing and helped me a lot as i didn’t have a lot of experience in some parts.

The instructor went in-depth and gave all needed for the course

However most of the information we already knew.

There were no objectives set. Questions we had were not answered. We went in with set questions for what we need to do for the update, but we have left with no further information, questions were not answered. There was no learning achieved. Trainer used out of date materials, out of date terminology and did not know how to use pieces of kit.

Contents was very helpful and educative. Better than all other care trainings received.
