the videos were hard to understand wasn't very clear in speech

I would say that this course is designedonly for those who will be doing basic vaccine eg flu and/or COVID. For other healthcare professionals such as Practice Nurses, especially new to immunisation is was lacking knowledge about complete scheduled immunisation.
