Nancy delivered interactive sessions across the two days and got us to think. I walked away having identified previous blind spots in my knowledge and found that the session had addressed those.

it went well from the person running the training to the people joined the training . was learning at the same time there was a lot of jokes and laughter witch i enjoyed keep you alert. thanks Charles.
