lot of interferance to start with sound

Very Thorough

The course could of been shorter and I felt there was some time at the beginning which could be utilized better

Very interactive and used loads of life and professional scenarios which helped with understanding the course better

Training day was enjoyable and knowledgeable. The venue was air conditioned and had nice toilet facilities etc. Trainer was also very friendly and helpful with the course.

NHSP providing refreshments would be good.
