Nancy was very thorough, she was really engaging. She explained clearly and went over in a lot of detail and in depth. I feel I am more knowledgeable and will be using these de escalation techniques right away and I feel this will help prevent restraints in the future to prevent distress and alarm for patients and for ourselves.
