Educative and insightful training

Nancy was very thorough, she was really engaging. She explained clearly and went over in a lot of detail and in depth. I feel I am more knowledgeable and will be using these de escalation techniques right away and I feel this will help prevent restraints in the future to prevent distress and alarm for patients and for ourselves.

Got more understanding especially for moving and handling and the equipment used. Learnt a lot.
