My knowledge about the health care system is increased

I enjoyed the training and the high level of interactivity. The lighting caused a daylong headache.

More facilities for equipment for the practical training

Course initially booked and email to say confiirmed Later cancelled by email Then another email to say course on again Logged on and was logged in under wrong name

training covers all it has to, but online training for what is essentially a practical skill is never going to be totally adequate.

Really good session, I learned a lot, the trainer was easy going and he gave a good approach to the content. I think maybe he could be given better equipment for his sessions so that the students get a better insight of the practical parts
