So much content. Not sure I'll retain it if I need it. I certainly can't retain in my head the fine details of every resident's DNR. Very helpful trainer, willing to answer questions.

Sam was very engaging and respectful, I would attend any training he facilitates in the future.

i would have given 5 stars but i couldnt hear at times as my signal is not good just now but enjoyed the session. it was good to be able to read the important bits that i may have missed due to the signal.

Largely or wholly irrelevant to my role as chaplain.

Interesting to see the slide sheet techniques. Shame there is no practical as you only really learn by doing.
