The course was too long and took too long to start. Bit repetitive in some places and distractions from unmuted people. Trainer very nice but feel we could have done this on paper.

I do not feel a first aid course should be via zoom as this does not facilitate people's competency being assessed.

I feel that more could of been covered in certain areas, and there was more focus on certain areas leaving others untouched.
