I enjoyed how friendly the trainer was and how willing he was to just talk. We also got a break which was nice. The content was informative and I learned a lot.

Excellent and engaging trainer, Jo, was able to keep people interested by using real life stories relating them back to scenarios in slides. Adequate break timings. Got all participants involved in conversations which meant we were able to learn/contrast/compare each others experiences across trusts and roles.
