I thought Terri was a fantastic trainer. She made the 2 days really engaging, interesting and enjoyable. She has a great wealth of knowledge and is a warm and compassionate individual. She made space for us to have in depth conversations around things we found challenging or interesting to discuss. I felt reassured that she would have made adjustments to accommodate my needs if required. This is the most I've ever felt engaged in part of a training session. A big thank you to Terri :)
