Helen delivered the course very well and included everyone, encouraging participation from all and encouraged and answered all questions

Unfortunately none of us received the handout before the course (which we should have had) so unable to give 5 stars, however the course content was really good with appropriate videos and slides. The videos were quiet. As a suggestion, I would suggest that people are asked to mute themselves during the two videos as it was difficult hearing people moving above with the audio level lower.

The trainers used powerpoint materials and I liked when we got into smaller groups to discussed the topic.
