it did feel like we spent alot of time on the question portion which as our trainer said was so that we didnt switch off watching slides but it might be worth doing a mixture of both questions and slides

the sound of the videos was not great when being shared with the group.

As a difficult task to present what would normally be a course with lots off practical element , I thought that it was good overall. Just a little quiet on the sound to videos

It is very educative and help to prepare me, for the task ahead, though is difficult to assimilate all on the course, but I believe as I work with clients and other staff who have been working in these areas, I will catch up. Overall it was a professional training.
