Larger font size of materials will improve presentation

The course was informative, however I feel that it would be beneficial for the videos to be more reflective of the types of situations staff would be in on a day to day basis, such as supporting a resident with advanced dementia, that was unable to follow clear instructions. I think this would be extremely helpful, particularly to care staff that aren't familiar to this role.

The PEG Feed course was excellent while the Epilepsy course was overloaded with information that did not seem relevant to the management of the condition. A condition that is genetic or neurological, for carers, would focus on the management as carers are not meant to study Epilepsy in great detail.

Thank you for the training. I has given me a greater understanding of moving and handling.

Good content and great collaborations with the others on the course. Lots of interactive elements

The training was able to meet satisfactory standard and the aim for the course achieved. The trainer was able to get some participants involved throughout the exercise. It was nice to have been a part of today's class.
