I did understand today's training well because the trainer speak very clearly and answer every question very professional

With regards to material we were not able to hear the video as probably technical issues however we have been given links to look through said videos. However Dana was lovely and she took time to explain clearly and was patient. We were able to ask questions and get feedback from her showing how knowledgeable she was around the Tracheostomy and Ventilation training. We were also allocated a adequate break times during the training.

I have no previous experience of trachys or ventilation. It has been a very interesting and useful study day for me.

Zoom courses seem very difficult to join and get onto and also sometimes difficult to participate

Content was relevant to our job roles.
