I found this training very thorough, one of the best I’ve been on, Linda was was very professional & made it easy for people to ask questions & give very thorough answers. The first time I’d used zoom so was a bit nervous at first but was made to feel comfortable. 10/10!

I found the course very informative

I thought Alistair ran the session in an informative interactive and friendly way. It was an enjoyable experience. My only comment was that when we went into the break out rooms we were a bit puzzled as to what was next as we didn't get an obvious instructions on a time limit on our discussion. I would like an introductory slide on aims and objectives Liked the videos and opportunity to discuss the material ass a group, may be some questions following the video would prompt questions.
