Good course to refresh my knowledge on CPR and anaphylaxis. Liked it included choking and for children. Was interesting as have kids myself. Glad it included COVID-19 measures.

Full day of training on Tracheostomy Care and Ventilation, Helen was easy to listen to, very professional and knowledgeable, gave thorough background rationale and information and broke up the day with appropriate breaks, using interesting activities to engage the team in learning including break out rooms, games, videos and demonstrations of products and procedures, was keen to answer any queries or concerns and gathered further information to do so when necessary, is very approachable and clearly very passionate about teaching and best practice in Care, thanks again for another very interesting day.
