Very informative

Course was long but it had everything in. And helen was good at engaging everyone into the sessions.

helpful but obviously not as good as it would be as a practical course in person.

really enjoyed this mornings training. The videos were very informative and clear. The slides were also very helpful.

The trainer was friendly and knows her stuff.

trainer was warm and engaged well with the group, professional and knowledgeable, information was interesting and appropriate, time went quickly, use of videos and clear power point presentation, subject matter covered thoroughly with clearly set out objectives, lots of information with work related examples given, appropriate time with no gaps, excellent session, many thanks as this will help with competency and confidence in the workplace.

Really great course

Course was well facilitated, trainer was very knowledgable and all the objectives were achieved. All course materials were relevant and I know have the knowledge to apply to my role.
