Felt included in difficult mode of presentation.

Being the first time I attended a training about this subject, I learned lots of new things and information. Linda was great at explaining, making things easier and simpler for us to remember and understand. I also found the videos and material she presented in the training very helpful. My only suggestion would to do the training in 2 sessions as it's a lot of information to process in just a few hours.

Maybe use other aids. Also Show how to correctly put back the sling to assist person from chair.
