Both courses were very easy to understand and Catriona was very helpful and informative.

but the only thing I found inconsiderate one member at the training decided to go in her car and take her phone with her and continue the training while driving. or maybe on her way to work or shopping or maybe she was a passenger but it was inconsiderate to Linda miller and everyone else and also dangerous to others on the road

was alot better than i thought it would be and was good to interact with the others . time went quick and was more of a refresher for myself. host made it better.
