The course is well delivered and participating in the practical made it more understandable.

Excellent presentation style with lots of real life examples...

The course was really good but, I personally think it should take 5 days instead of 3 days. That way, it could be less tiring, making it more more achievable.

Facilitators was very interesting

I think the course is useful and the subjects covered are all important. My only concern is that for the amount of information two days from 9 am to 5 pm is a bit heavy and tiredness and concentration decrease. I would suggest to reduce the course until 3 pm.
