As a new comer to this stuff I wonder if it could be presented in a way that was a little more engaging.

The session length is quite short for the beginner. Some candidates already have experience or may have medical background so they understood the course quicker. There should be pre-screen process to categorise candidates by their ability or experience.

Although the course was quite comprehensive and well presented, there was great issue with the venue postcode and this needs to be resolved immediately.
