Although the course is delivered over Zoom, I felt that the instructor engaged with us really well. I was Able to participate and i felt comfortable in asking questions.

The course content is excellent. The tutor has adequate knowledge of the course content. He is very audible in his teaching with good time keeping.

Within the first hour i became bored and disengaged! The train played some videos that went off on a tangent to illustrate a point about the importance of your spine. this could have been better illustrated in making it interactive with the use of breakout rooms or interactive slide. Whilst in a training course (refresher) be it online or face2face i don't want to feel as though i am being "talked at". The course delivery was also very slow. -Very disappointed
