For HCA maybe too many big words which maybe they won't know what they mean.

The course was good but maybe Little long.

Good refresher and awareness

Good interesting course. Great refresher. Learnt things which I had forgotten. Long course, but the two presenters very friendly and personable and good fun relating lots of personal experiences, so time passed quickly.
